EXPERIENCE
OVERVIEW

Mixed-use development adjacent to St Leonards Station with residential towers, commercial space, public plaza, retail, library, supermarket and parking.

88 Christie Street is recorded in the supplied PTW capability material as a mixed-use development adjacent to St Leonards Station and opposite the Forum.

The project consists of two residential towers with 777 units, a ten-storey commercial tower on Pacific Highway, a public plaza with retail mixed use, a 1,000 sqm public library, a large supermarket, basement parking and a public parking component.

An extensive green wall connects the landscape plaza to a communal rooftop entertainment deck, giving the residential component shared amenity with views toward Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.

The precinct is positioned as a work, live and play environment within moments of a major transport hub and retail precinct.
