Multiple residential and commercial development at Diamond Beach, Lingshui, Hainan.

Diamond Beach Residential And Commercial Development is recorded in the supplied CV as a Redstudio project in Lingshui, Hainan, China. The site area is recorded as 2.27 ha with GFA of 53,000 sqm. The proposal was a predominantly high-rise version of an earlier scheme, adopted after the government lifted height limits for the site. It incorporates retail and club facilities, with the option of operating the apartments like a serviced apartment hotel with dedicated hotel arrival and reception areas. The client plan was to operate this hotel in association with the hotel they were planning closer to the beach, and the brief changed multiple times through the design.
