OVERVIEW

Mixed-use proposal on Gladstone Street, Merrylands, with a podium, apartment tower, roof gardens, terraces and park-facing public edges.

Site 1 & 2 Gladstone Street is recorded in the supplied PTW capability material as a mixed-use residential proposal for ALAND on Darug Country at Gladstone Street, Merrylands, NSW, Australia.

The proposal comprises a four-storey podium and a twenty-storey apartment tower. Flanked by a future new park on two sides, the building proposes generous roof gardens and terraces, offering distant views for occupants.

Site 1 is located at Gladstone Street, Merrylands, and sits to the northwest of a new park that forms part of the development.

Site 2 is located between the new McLeod Road and the railway corridor. A new park that forms part of the development is activated by ground-floor retail, strengthening the public edge of the precinct.
