Little Bay Masterplan
On Kameygal Country at Little Bay, PTW developed an alternative masterplan design for Meriton that significantly improved the previous layout by others. The coastal precinct response introduced public benefits such as retail and hospitality services, broke the private interface with the coast, improved public access and permeability through the site, and strengthened the function of the central open parkland.
